The Mango Fundraiser Leaflet
Print out this leaflet and fax back to us with your details if you would like further information faxed or sent to you and our representative will contact you to answer any initial questions.

The Mango Order Form
This form is the one you send out with students or club members to collect orders. You should fill in a "Return By" date as well as a "Sale Price", before you copy and distribute.

The Mango Fundraiser Coordinator's Return Form
Please fax this form back to us when you have collected all your orders. We need to receive this form by the l5th November to allow the order to be processed.

Tally Sheet
This sheet can be used by the Fundraiser Coordinator to keep track of the "Mango Order Forms" which have been collected. It is also handy to see at a glance how many orders you have!
