Sample Letters

Letter One
This letter is to advise the intention of a mango drive. Parents can then sell to their neighbours, relations, friends and anyone else who may love mangoes.

Letter Two
This letter is to advise everyone to finalise their orders and the date mangoes need to be picked up from school

Letter Three
This letter is to thank everyone for their orders and letting them know how much money was raised.

Expressions of interest for next year's Fundraiser
Send this form out with Letter Three. This form is for families whose child/children won't be attending the school the following year but would like to be notified about next year's Mango Fundraiser. This will boost your orders and profits and "mango lovers" will still receive mangoes.

Delivery Day

Delivery Day Brochure
This brochure is to print off, photocopy and handout to parents with every tray of mangoes. It advises how to store mangoes and how to slice them. It also provides recipes and nutritional information.

Delivery Day Tips
On the day your mangoes are delivered, organise one or two people to help mark, move & stack your trays of mangoes.

A large number of trays can be stored ready for pick up, in a relatively small amount of space, as trays can be stacked on top of each other. This is because the mango trays are a reinforced design to ensure fruit is not damaged or crushed when stacked.

It is a good idea to store your mangoes in a shaded or air conditioned area while waiting to be picked up.
